This is what good service and local skilled craft will look like in the future... had a semi-big bathroom job with a leak and floor repair problem tacked on to a light renovation. Candlewood Home Repair came in one week, sized it up, gave me a new, lovely bathroom in 5 working days...reasonable, better -than-corporate-market estimate on point, work cheerfully done, and done well...we wanted to paint ourselves so we'll snap some photos and send them along in a few weeks. Oh yes, can't forget, they managed to somehow save enough of my 75 year old existing tile (that could not be replicated for any price) so that the scope and final look of the project was just the pivot I was looking for.
